Join us this summer for the 105th Kawanhee reunion
The reunion kicks off at camp from 9 am Friday August 15th & closes on Sunday August 17th 2025 after the Sunday service. Expect all the things you love about camp: the mountains, the lake, campfires at Council Point, polar bear, sailing, softball, to name a few. Most importantly – lots of wonderful friends.
We are looking forward to celebrating this milestone with you all. Be there to celebrate & thank Mark & Liz Standen for their hard work & dedication to camp over the 18 years of their leadership. It is also an opportunity to meet Kawanhee’s new director, Kenley Perry, who will carry forward the stewardship of Kawanhee & its values, fresh off what will surely be a first successful summer. It’s an exciting time for camp!

About the Registration Process
Please note, if you are registering a group you will need the following information for EVERY guest in your party, so we recommend you collect this information before you start the registration process:
- first and last name;
- mailing address;
- email address;
- any food restrictions &/or allergies;
- reunion t-shirt size;
- date of birth.
This year we are using an online registration site managed by CheddarUp – you can complete your registration with or without a CheddarUp account. You will be required to register each person at a time & then proceed to finalize payment for everyone you have registered. Payment is accepted by check or credit card.
For your registration to be considered COMPLETE, all the information needs to be entered, the waiver form needs to be acknowledged & payment for the ticket(s) made in full.
If you are registering a child in your group please enter your own contact details in the required fields when completing their registration.
By registering for the reunion celebration you are agreeing to acknowledge & adhere to the Participation & Waiver Agreement which each guest will be required to sign at check-in & to the Reunion Celebration Policy. Each of these documents is available to view on the registration site as well as below.
Once registration is complete, each guest will receive confirmation of their order sent to their email.

Ticket refunds will be offered on purchased tickets if cancelled by April 30th 2025. No refunds will be available on tickets purchased after April 30th. For a refund, please email reunion@kawanhee.com before May 1st, listing your registration details of the tickets you wish to be refunded.”
